LOS ANGELES, CA — June 7, 2025 — Partner Real Estate has been recognized among the top-performing real estate teams in both California and the United States, according to the 2025 RealTrends Verified Rankings. The firm secured the #3 position in California by sales volume and #4 by transaction sides. Nationally, it ranked #13 in sales volume and #36 in transaction sides, placing it within the top 1.5% of real estate teams across the country.

The RealTrends Verified Rankings, produced in partnership with The Wall Street Journal, are a benchmark for excellence in the real estate industry. To qualify, teams must have closed at least 40 residential transaction sides or achieved $16 million in residential sales volume in the previous calendar year. All production totals are independently verified to ensure accuracy.

Despite challenges such as limited housing inventory and elevated mortgage rates, Partner Real Estate continued to expand its market share. While overall transaction sides among top-ranked professionals saw a slight year-over-year decline, total sales volume increased, indicating that top producers like Partner Real Estate are outperforming the broader market.

“Being ranked in both the California and national categories by RealTrends Verified is an incredible honor for our entire team,” said Rudy Lira Kusuma, CEO of Partner Real Estate. “This recognition affirms our commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and building a system that empowers our agents to thrive—regardless of market conditions.”

Partner Real Estate’s achievements reflect a broader trend of growth among top-performing real estate teams and brokerages. The 2025 RealTrends Verified Rankings highlight the dynamic nature of the real estate market, showcasing firms that have adapted and excelled amid shifting conditions.
