NAR Unveils Year-Round iOi Collective to Revolutionize Real Estate Innovation

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has reimagined its Innovation, Opportunity & Investment (iOi) Summit, transforming it into a dynamic year-round platform known as the iOi Collective. This strategic move is designed to provide real estate professionals with consistent access to the latest tools, insights, and networking opportunities that are essential in navigating an ever-evolving industry.

Historically, the iOi Summit served as an annual gathering for industry leaders to exchange ideas, discover new technologies, and engage with forward-thinking solutions. With the introduction of the iOi Collective, NAR is shifting from one-time events to an ongoing series of real-time updates, webinars, and curated content that will be available throughout the year. This new structure aims to provide members with continuous engagement opportunities rather than a singular, annual experience.

The iOi Collective will include a variety of resources designed to help REALTORS® stay ahead of the curve. From exclusive webinars on emerging trends to hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge tools, the initiative seeks to make innovation and technology more accessible and practical for professionals at all stages of their careers. Additionally, major real estate conferences will feature curated programming that highlights the most impactful innovations in the field, ensuring that attendees can stay informed about the latest trends while networking with industry experts.

One of the key benefits of this transformation is the ability to provide ongoing support to NAR members. In a fast-paced industry where change is constant, the iOi Collective allows real estate professionals to engage with content that is timely and relevant, rather than waiting for an annual summit to stay updated. It provides a platform for REALTORS® to learn about new technologies, discuss opportunities for investment, and explore strategies for growth in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The launch of the iOi Collective is a significant step forward for NAR in its commitment to innovation and adaptability. By offering year-round resources, the association is ensuring that its members are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in a competitive market. With an emphasis on continuous learning and professional development, the iOi Collective has the potential to reshape how real estate professionals engage with technology and business strategies, positioning them for success in an increasingly digital and fast-moving world.

This shift reflects NAR’s broader vision to foster a more innovative, adaptable, and connected real estate community. The iOi Collective is poised to become a vital resource, helping REALTORS® stay ahead in an industry that is constantly evolving and challenging professionals to innovate.
