Situated near the rapidly growing areas of Katy and Fulshear, the project represents one of Hines’ largest single-family residential undertakings to date. Construction is slated to commence in 2025, with the first homes expected to be available by 2027 .
The development will be located at the intersection of Westpark Tollway and Texas Heritage Parkway, providing residents with convenient access to major thoroughfares and employment centers in the Houston metropolitan area.
